What We Do
The Waterford Group ("Waterford") was established in 1995 as a finance boutique and a portfolio management company. Today, Waterford is a direct investor in both public and private companies and those looking to raise funds in the energy sector. We aim to build long-term relationships with companies and provide our assistance to the companies for projects, particularly at the critical points of their development.
Since its inception, Waterford has been successful at raising financial capital, managing asset portfolios and directly investing in companies in the Middle East, Africa, South America and former USSR regions primarily in the oil & gas upstream sector and in gold exploration and production. During this time we have built long-term partnerships with a large number of multinational conglomerates and financial institutions with our comprehensive knowledge of the local industry.

in the energy sector worldwide
Waterford's’current investments include Sterling Energy Plc (LSE:AIM), Jupiter Energy Ltd (ASX), Sterling Resources Ltd (TSX), Gulfsands Petroleum (LSE:AIM),
Petroceltic International Plc (LSE:AIM) and a number of other not publicly listed investments.
